Simply, I like to speak personally with each person who
would like to schedule with us. I feel it is important for us to
talk ( I am big on communication) and feel it is a very good
time for us both to address your main concerns and reasons for scheduling, which also helps for denoting the proper time
needed for your initial visit.
Also, talking before scheduling is a good time to offer insight
into you what you can expect and/or what will take place
during your initial visit.
